CHAD JOHNSON | OWNER & BROKER-IN-CHARGE
Since launching his real estate career in 2004, Chad has worked in real estate development, real estate investment, commercial real estate, and real estate home sales.
Born in Chicago and raised in upstate South Carolina, Chad Johnson specializes in both commercial and residential real estate. A tried and true Clemson fan (and graduate), Chad continued his post-collegiate studies at the Medical University of South Carolina. After two years of study, he realized his passion to be in real estate development.
Since launching his real estate career in 2004, Chad has worked in real estate development, real estate investment, commercial real estate, and real estate home sales. He is a Realtor of Distinction, which is an award that recognizes the top 10% of sales producing Charleston REALTORS®. Chad is also a member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club, and has served on the Board of Trustees of Charleston Stage/ Dock Street Theater, the Advisory Board of Charleston Bilingual Academy and the Board of Directors of Palmetto Christian Academy’s Athletic Booster Club.
Chad is married to his high school sweetheart, REALTOR® Angie Johnson, and together they have three boys. In their 25+ years of combined experience, the pair has closed over 300 million dollars in sales thanks to their tenacity, hard work and band of remarkably loyal clientele.
Chad stays active outside of work coaching youth baseball, hitting the running trails, and playing golf at the Daniel Island Club. When he’s looking to unwind, he enjoys sipping a good craft beer and partaking in Charleston’s thriving culinary scene. When they’re not soaking up the sun in Charleston, the Johnsons are spending time at their family’s mountain home in Highlands, NC or at Palmetto Bluff, their favorite vacation destination.

A veteran of sales on Daniel Island since 2003, Angie has consistently been a top-selling agent. In addition to balancing her family and career selling real estate, Angie is very involved in the Charleston community.
Raised in New York City and later Spartanburg, South Carolina, Angie Johnson married her high school sweetheart and moved to Daniel Island in 2001—and it couldn’t have been a better decision. Since relocating, they have had three children and have welcomed both sets of grandparents to the area.
“I love this place!” exclaims Angie as she describes Daniel Island. “Our community has so much to offer – the quick trips to downtown Charleston, the beaches and even the close proximity to the airport – all were part of our decision to relocate here. Angie graduated from Clemson University and continued her graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. However, she is a Clemson Tiger through and through and doesn’t acknowledge her USC connection when it comes to athletics! As a former educator (both in the classroom and as an administrator with the South Carolina State Department of Education), Angie brings a unique perspective to her real estate career.

Holly has been a licensed agent for 10 years. Born and raised in North Carolina, Holly remembers being introduced to real estate at a young age. Holly’s father is a respected real estate developer and she fondly recalls many dinnertime conversations that involved real estate transactions.
Holly attended Clemson University where she received her RN-BSN in nursing. She moved to Charleston to pursue her nursing career and it was there that she meet her husband, PJ, who graduated from the Citadel. Holly knew she would never leave the lowcountry and the Bucetis settled here to raise their 3 children. PJ encouraged Holly to get her real estate license in order for them to invest in the Charleston market. “I always see a home as an investment, first and foremost. I want my clients to make wise financial decisions.” Holly and her husband own several investment properties throughout the Charleston area. She prides herself in being an agent that not only finds her clients a home but helps them with real estate investments as well.

Michelle handles our transactions from contract to closing, making sure that everything gets done in a timely manner. Her detail-oriented nature ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that the process proceeds on schedule. She works tirelessly behind the scenes communicating and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers and cooperating agents so that our clients can relax and enjoy the process. Our clients often comment on how “smooth and easy” the process seems. That’s because we have Michelle handling all the details!
Raised in New York, Michelle moved to Louisiana a year after graduation high school. Michelle began working in retail while attending college. She quickly became part of the management team at Bath & Body Works and continued in the retail management world becoming a store manager at Guess. In 2010, Michelle became partners of a local Anytime Fitness, in which she also managed another Anytime Fitness in the area. While visiting friends in Summerville in 2012, she decided that the family needed to relocate to the area. In the summer of 2015, she began the journey as a South Carolina resident and is loving every minute of it!
Michelle’s experience in the retail and customer service industry prepared her perfectly for her current role. She quickly realized that as she could use her detail-oriented nature and her love for customer service in an industry where she could truly shine. Being a real estate transaction manager allows Michelle to do just that.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, participating in school events and experiencing all that Charleston has to offer. You may see her at the Summerville Little League fields or supporting her daughter who cheers for Sertoma Cheerleading. Michelle also enjoys baking, sewing and all things crafty!
REBECCA TUCK | BOOKKEEPER
With a talent for numbers, Rebecca helps keep Island Park running smoothly with both skill and integrity. Along with managing the finances of clients, enjoys the flexibility for grandparent time with her first grandchild.
Rebecca and her husband, Craig, have enjoyed calling Mount Pleasant home since 2003. They have four adult children who make their home in Greater Charleston and Savannah, Georgia. Their granddaughter is a Georgia girl, just a two-hour drive south. Rebecca’s love for numbers began as a child and grew through observing her parents grow their family business in Atlanta, Georgia. Since moving to the Lowcountry, she has continued to build on her roots and managed finances for a private company in Greater Charleston.
Knowing there was a great need for businesses to have access to bookkeepers that work with both skill and integrity, Rebecca established High View Bookkeeping Services. Along with managing the finances of clients, she cares for the growing needs of aging parents and enjoys the flexibility for grandparent time with her first grandchild.
Rebecca enjoys music and all things thrifty. She and Craig actively serve in leadership and ministry at Citadel Square Church, Downtown Charleston.

With an eye for detail and a creative spirit, Lane is the reason all our marketing pieces are so eye-catching! Lane brings a clean aesthetic to everything we produce and makes sure that our collateral is fresh and current.
Lane Weinheimer is a Lowcountry woman through and through. She was raised in downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant and grew up loving the water, dancing and travel. She holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Graphic Design and Spanish, both with honors from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She is creative, organized and has an eye for beauty. She enjoyed 5 years volunteering for Fashion Week and knows that volunteerism is in her blood. Her favorite volunteer organizations are Lowcountry Orphan Relief and, most recently, Hearts Cry Ministry in Panama. She can often be found surfing, boating, doing photography, or running her graphic design business: Evelyn Lane Design.

Heather has been an integral part of our team since 2004. As our Client Relations Specialist, Heather is responsible for the fun treats you’ll often find in your mailbox or on your doorstep.
Heather has been an integral part of our team since 2004 and boasts nearly 12 years experience in real estate. As our Client Relations Specialist, Heather is responsible for the fun treats you’ll often find in your mailbox or on your doorstep. Heather’s creativity and organization keep us current when it comes to client relationships. Heather also manages our special projects and is the best event coordinator around. Her attention to detail and special touches make every one of our client events a resounding success!
Heather and her husband James were early adopters of the Daniel Island lifestyle. They built their first home on the island in 1999 and are founding members of the Daniel Island Club. “I remember a time when there were no street lights on the island!” Heather says. “It has been remarkable to watch Daniel Island grow into the thriving community it is today. We’ll never leave!”
Family is extremely important to Heather. She is very close with her parents and grandfather, who live locally, as well as her husband’s family in St. Louis. Heather and James dote upon their “children with fur” and you’ll often see them walking their dog Eli around the island. They also have a cat, Jasmine.
For the past 12 years, Heather has volunteered her time as a poll manager on Election Days. She loves putting her talents to use for a good cause while seeing her friends and neighbors. Heather is also active in the prayer shawl ministry at her church and a loyal supporter of the Charleston Animal Society, serving on the committee for the Charleston Firefighter Calendar.
Outside of work and volunteering, Heather enjoys reading, gardening, scrapbooking and is a talented needleworker. As huge Walt Disney fans, Heather and James incorporate a Disney-themed vacation into their plans each year.

Cody grew up in a small town where the local gas station was considered Wal-Mart. One day, his parents brought home an old JVC camcorder and he was hooked. Since then, he can’t recall many days where he hasn’t picked up a camera at least once (he’s upgraded from the JVC). After graduating high school he was in search of creating a career path in photography/video. With a camera in hand an a fascination with architecture, Charleston was an obvious calling. Once he packed his bags and made the move with a sink or swim mindset, he jumped head first into full-time freelance. With no real formal training in photography he relied on learning by doing, and was lucky enough to meet some great friends with experience to help guide him along the way. Now he is fortunate enough to have a successful full-time business with a long list of happy clients.

KIM NIELSEN | STAGING AND REDESIGN
Design has always been Kim’s passion. “I believe in creating welcoming, comfortable spaces with personality and meaning that reflect my clients. Mixing old with new, traditional with modern creates a timeless interior.”
Design has always been Kim’s passion. She attended school for design at Florida State University and later received her Interior Design degree from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta. After finishing her education, she worked for a high end designer in Atlanta before stepping out on her own in 2004. She has been thriving ever since. Her appreciation of architecture and history led her to fall in love with the charming city of Charleston.
Kim has always been interested in real estate and that love drove her to provide home staging services as well as interior design. Interior design and home staging are two related but very different services, and Kim is an expert at both. With home staging, Kim knows the competition and has an eye for what it takes to make your house stand out from the rest. Coming in with fresh perspective and attention to detail, she adds her special touches and can quickly determine what needs to be done to highlight the best features of your home. The goal is for potential buyers to see themselves living there.
