We believe in the spirit of community. We value quality over quantity. We take pride in the little things—a handwritten thank you card, a phone call just to check in, and going the extra mile to help you get acquainted with your community. We pride ourselves on finding the best fit for you and your family, regardless of the timetable. Creating sustainable relationships with our clients, colleagues, and trusted partners is at our core, and is the key to our success.
Above all, we understand that the process of buying and selling a home can be complicated. Whether you’re looking for your first home, a larger space for a growing family, or place to retreat upon retirement, our real estate crew is here to guide you through every step of the way. Our diverse and talented team also specializes in land sales and investment properties.
Unlike most real estate firms, we don’t hire every agent that walks through the door. Instead, every one of our agents undergoes a rigorous review process that includes interviewing past clients. And every agent is a full-time professional with a singular focus: helping clients.

After two years of study, he realized his passion to be in real estate development.
Since launching his real estate career in 2004, Chad has worked in real estate development, real estate investment, commercial real estate, and real estate home sales. Chad is married to his high school sweetheart, REALTOR® Angie Johnson, and together they have three boys. In their 25+ years of combined experience, the pair has closed over 300 million dollars in sales thanks to their tenacity, hard work and band of remarkably loyal clientele.
Chad stays active outside of work coaching youth baseball, hitting the running trails, and playing golf at the Daniel Island Club. When he’s looking to unwind, he enjoys sipping a good craft beer and partaking in Charleston’s thriving culinary scene. When they’re not soaking up the sun in Charleston, the Johnsons are spending time at their family’s mountain home in Highlands, NC or at Palmetto Bluff, their favorite vacation destination.
A veteran of sales on Daniel Island since 2003, Angie has consistently been a top-selling agent. In addition to balancing her family and career selling real estate, Angie is very involved in the Charleston community.
Raised in New York City and later Spartanburg, South Carolina, Angie Johnson married her high school sweetheart and moved to Daniel Island in 2001—and it couldn’t have been a better decision. Since relocating, they have had three children and have welcomed both sets of grandparents to the area.
“I love this place!” exclaims Angie as she describes Daniel Island. “Our community has so much to offer – the quick trips to downtown Charleston, the beaches and even the close proximity to the airport – all were part of our decision to relocate here. It’s great being able to ride our bikes to restaurants and shopping and it’s really a fabulous place to raise our family.” Lean about Angie’s journey to Daniel Island here.
Angie graduated from Clemson University and continued her graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. However, she is a Clemson Tiger through and through and doesn’t acknowledge her USC connection when it comes to athletics! As a former educator (both in the classroom and as an administrator with the South Carolina State Department of Education), Angie brings a unique perspective to her real estate career.
A veteran of sales on Daniel Island since 2003, Angie has consistently been a top-selling agent. In addition to balancing her family and career selling real estate on Daniel Island, she is a member of the City of Charleston Planning Commission. She also serves as Vice President of Finance for the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the Chamber of Commerce Economic Outlook Board and the Board of Directors for the SC Association of REALTORS®.
Angie is married to REALTOR® Chad Johnson. In their 35+ years of combined experience, the pair has closed over 500 million dollars in sales thanks to their tenacity, hard work and band of remarkably loyal clientele.
When Angie is not with clients, she enjoys relaxing at the pool with her family and cheering on her boys while they play basketball, golf, and run cross country. Angie is also active in her church where she serves in both children’s and worship ministries. When they’re not soaking up the sun in Charleston, the Johnsons are spending time at their family’s mountain home in Highlands, NC or at Palmetto Bluff, their favorite vacation destination.

Liz has been with us along every step of our journey! She has been our cruise director, a loyal client and a constant cheerleader since 2004. She wears many hats but, most importantly, keeps us organized and compliant.
Liz and her late husband, Rick Weddington fell in love with Daniel Island and moved here the summer of 2003. Liz calls it “home” and adores the fact that, as much as the community is growing, it still has the small town feel.
Liz was married to Rick for 28 years and has 3 beautiful children: Zach, Sloane and Kylie. During their time together, Rick and Liz had an amazing life filled with love, faith, family, friends and travels that brought them closer to each other throughout the years.
Liz’s 35 years of experience have been in sales related industries. She is truly a people person! Her goals are to always be helpful and she looks for ways to delight our clients. Liz is always willing to listen, give options and especially good at finding a common balance in order to achieve winning results, no matter how long it takes.
In her down time, you might see Liz walking her 10 yr. old Cocker Spaniel, Tipper Toes, or possibly riding her purple passion beach bike. She enjoys hanging out at the local gym and volunteering her time with Edge, the youth group affiliated with St.Clare of Assisi Catholic Church on Daniel Island.
Liz is always happy to share her personal philosophy:
You only get one shot at life so aim high, Positivity breeds positivity and hard work really does pay off. Honesty is the best policy. Keep life simple & embrace change and yes, God is Good!
Colin’s love for design and architecture has been apparent since he was a young child. Currently a student at Mount Pleasant’s Palmetto Christian Academy, Colin is working on developing his skills for college and a career beyond.
The man behind the lens, Cody creates spectacular and evocative imagery that truly captures our client’s homes. From architectural to twilight photography, Cody truly makes our listings shine!
Cody grew up in a small town where the local gas station was considered Wal-Mart. One day, his parents brought home an old JVC camcorder and he was hooked. Since then, he can’t recall many days where he hasn’t picked up a camera at least once (he’s upgraded from the JVC). After graduating high school he was in search of creating a career path in photography/video. With a camera in hand an a fascination with architecture, Charleston was an obvious calling. Once he packed his bags and made the move with a sink or swim mindset, he jumped head first into full-time freelance. With no real formal training in photography he relied on learning by doing, and was lucky enough to meet some great friends with experience to help guide him along the way. Now he is fortunate enough to have a successful full-time business with a long list of happy clients.

Design has always been Kim’s passion. She attended school for design at Florida State University and later received her Interior Design degree from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta. After finishing her education, she worked for a high end designer in Atlanta before stepping out on her own in 2004. She has been thriving ever since. Her appreciation of architecture and history led her to fall in love with the charming city of Charleston.
