In this meeting, we will identify everything that is important to you and establish a plan to find your perfect home.

STEP TWO – COMMUNITY AND HOME TOURS
Finding you a home is the easy part! Determining the best community takes more time and effort. Our team of experts is well-versed in the lifestyles offered in the different communities around Charleston and will help you every step of the way.
Showings involve far more than opening the door and letting you take a look around. We analyze each aspect of the property and determine how it would function in your particular situation. This is a big decision—and the last thing we want you to feel is rushed during this very important step of the process. There is never any pressure to buy. In fact, we have worked with some of our clients for over ten years before they decided to purchase!
STEP THREE – NARROW AND NEGOTIATE
From here, we narrow the list and decide which home to pursue. Our agents are all trained negotiators and have excellent relationships in the Charleston REALTOR® community. We pride ourselves in working tirelessly to secure the best possible price and terms for our clients and on providing candid advice during the negotiation process.
There is a lot that goes into purchasing a home beyond just agreeing to terms. Our transaction manager coordinates every step of the closing process and clearly outlines everything that we need to get the job done swiftly and accurately. During this time our team is working behind the scenes with the banks, attorneys, insurance companies, appraisers, inspectors and cooperating agents to ensure that all the details are taken care of. We also track down and distribute HOA documents, surveys, elevation certificates, insurance information and other items necessary for closing ahead of time so that there are no surprises on closing day!
