Step One - Initial Consultation

One of our experienced agents will meet you at your home for a thorough consultation. During this meeting, we will get to you know on a personal level and learn your goals in order to develop a customized plan for helping you achieve them. After a detailed walk through and on-site analysis of your location and specific property characteristics, we will perform a deep-dive market analysis to determine the next steps.

Step TWO - DETERMINE PRICING STRATEGY

It all starts with the right pricing of your home. Ready buyers have rejected what is currently on the market and are looking to buy now. It’s important that the home is presented in its very best condition and priced appropriately. We can help price your home correctly by first conducting a thorough market analysis. Testing the market by pricing too high will only make the competition look better. The higher we list above fair market value, the fewer showings we will have. When selling, time is not our friend.

Step THREE - STAGING & REPAIRS

Before we photograph your home, it’s of vital importance that we first stage your home. Staged homes sell for 7-10% more than others on the market. Our professional stagers can help you make small changes that allow buyers to see themselves in your home. Depersonalizing, de-cluttering, and reorienting spaces allow buyers to see themselves living in the home.

Step FOUR - PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

When selling your home, selecting the right photographer is critical. Our photographers use wide-angle lenses, bring in lights to enhance photos, and shoot with multiple exposures so your home is featured in the best light. We additionally invest in post-photography production and add artistic twilight shots for home that have special appeal.
