We had an awesome visit to the USS Yorktown at Patriot’s Point a couple of weeks ago! Some of you may remember my post a couple of years ago about my taking the boys to see the USS Truxton (click here to see the post) by myself when I was nine months pregnant. Needless to say, this visit was much easier! Chad, Nate and Rossana were there to help out. We had an great time and the boys got to experience a dramatic part of history.
We’ve really enjoyed using our “Be A Tourist in Your Own Town” pass during the month of January. Can’t wait to do it again next year. If you live in Charleston and haven’t taken advantage of it before, put it on your list for 2012!
