From the new front door, you’re greeted by wide-plank white oak floors and custom cabinetry throughout, including the chef’s kitchen with commercial-grade appliances like a six-burner gas range. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bath with an oversized shower, while the powder room features Serena & Lily wallpaper and shiplap wainscoting. We envisioned the front room as a versatile space for work or relaxation, and the sunlit conservatory as a perfect yoga or playroom. Outside, lush landscaping with zoysia sod, shade trees, and a new irrigation system complements the entertainment patio. We even transformed the garage with an epoxy floor and shelving, ideal for a home gym or organized storage. We’re thrilled with this transformation and can’t wait for the new owners to experience it!

Outside, we replaced driveway concrete, converted a screened porch into living space, reconfigured the primary bathroom, and added a brick walkway, patio, and fire pit.
