In 2015, Chad and I closed over $18,000,000 in resale volume.
Although we also sell new construction (and I (Angie) represent a whole lot of builders), we LOVE resales. They truly are the backbone of our business! There’s nothing more gratifying than helping our clients find buyers for their wonderful properties. It takes a special kind of system to sell a large number of resales year after year and we have that system down to a science.
I also love showing resales to buyer clients. Having worked on Daniel Island for almost 15 years, I can usually tell my buyers more than they know to ask about the homes we view! I always know the builder and can point out specific features (and sometimes issues!) but I can usually tell you who lived there, where they went, and all kinds of other information about the neighborhood that can help buyers to make a wise decision.
