Nestled in Codner’s Ferry Park is a beautiful custom home you won’t want to miss! Our first two homes on Daniel Island were in Codner’s Ferry Park so it will always hold a special place in our hearts! I have fond memories of pushing a double stroller with our first two boys around the Beresford Creek Street loop. One of my favorite things about Codner’s Ferry is that, unlike some other areas of DI, the streets are not laid out in grids. Although the neighborhood is barely 20 years old, it feels like it has been around forever due to the towering oaks and mature foliage.
This Codner’s Ferry home is truly exceptional. The formal living and dining rooms flank the foyer, and the warm hardwood flooring give an inviting aura to this beautiful four bedroom home. The kitchen is open to the family room, and the breakfast nook provides a casual dining experience overlooking the spacious backyard. A quick look upstairs finds all four bedrooms off a large landing. The laundry room is truly a selling point with enough space to wash an army of clothes! Escape to the upstairs master retreat where you’ll find plenty of room to relax after a long day and enjoy the newly renovated shower.
One of the best things about this home is the proximity to Bellinger Island. I’ve included some photos that Chad took on his iPhone last fall so that you can appreciate the beauty of this area. The DI Property Owner’s Association recently started offering kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals from the boat launch at Bellinger Island.
Additionally, the Scott Park Pool and Bishop England High School are just a short bike ride away! Click here for more details about this beautiful home!
