Water View Cove
This new development on the South end of Daniel Island is a peninsula off the end of Village Crossing Street. This is the first south end release in many, many years where individuals, rather than builders, can purchase homesites directly from the developer and design and build a custom home.
- This release will consist of 17 homesites and most will have stunning marsh views.
Cochran Park
The extension of Dunham Street has been a topic of discussion for many years. Other than Captain’s Island, there is no place on DI that has been as eagerly anticipated as this area.
- 20 homesites are currently planned. Most will have stunning views.
- Although there is no set time frame for the release of this parcel, reliable sources tell us that it could happen sooner rather than later!
Ralston Grove
Located in Daniel Island Park, this lush area will offer an array of marsh views and interior homesites!
- This parcel will likely be released in late February/ early Mach.
- The release will likely consist of 16 marsh homesites and 16 interior homesites.
