Here’s a Daniel Island Development update focusing on the south end of DI. Since we get calls weekly asking questions about the development plan and timeline for the south end of the island, I thought you might find the map below helpful. It shows that approximately 158 homesites are still to be developed on the south end of the island.
Although the timeline isn’t stated, the number of homesites and a general site plan is provided below. Hopefully this will provide some direction to all the inquiries about the extension of Dunham Street, the development on Bellona, the location of the new pool…
