Our First Year is in the Books!

What an amazing year for Island Park Properties! Since opening our doors in February 2017, we’ve sold 40 properties, totaling over $27 million in sales. We far surpassed all expectations and are so grateful for your support. 

2018 is off to a great start with seven of our listings already under contract. We have several properties coming to market in the next few weeks, which is a strong indicator that the spring market is starting to move earlier than usual.
