We often get questions about the remaining development in Daniel Island Park. The timeline of 3-5 years is somewhat broad based on potential fluctuations in the real estate market.
Development is currently underway in the next phase of Ralston Grove. Homesites will be released for sale in the next few months, and will include seven deep water lots on Fish Tale Island. There’s a lot of buzz about this offering as the developer hasn’t offered deep water homesites in Daniel Island Park for several years. If you’re interested in deep water homesites, also check out 14 Lafar Street. It’s a large homesite with beautiful trees and already has a dock in place.
My understanding is that the next phase of Nobel’s Point will be released in the summer of 2016. The homesites will have some of the best marsh views on Daniel Island! If you’re interested in marsh view homesites, check out 457 Lesesne Street. The views are absolutely gorgeous.
