Luxury…walking distance…green space. All are words we’ve come to expect here on Daniel Island. The new apartment homes being constructed near Daniel Island’s town center will be no different. “Simmons Park” as it has been dubbed is named after Phillip Simmons, the Daniel Island-born blacksmith who changed the entryways of Charleston into works of art.
